FUND STORY NEEDED
This page was previously a donation form with nothing else on it: no heading, no explanation of who Richard He was, and no statement of what the fund supports. A donor arriving here had no reason to give. COS needs a short paragraph on who Richard He was and why the fund carries his name, who established it and when, what it funds, and whether it has an ongoing goal. Until that arrives the wording above is deliberately general and claims nothing about him.
